Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Reforma website or participating in our yoga classes and services. By accessing our website, registering for classes, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for classes independently. Individuals under 18 may participate with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Registration and Account

When you register for an account or classes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we believe the information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

4. Class Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings: All class bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or at our reception desk. Classes are subject to availability.

Cancellations: We require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full class fee being charged or the deduction of a class credit.

Schedule Changes: Serenity Yoga Studio reserves the right to change the class schedule, substitute instructors, or cancel classes if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any changes.

5. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring they are physically capable of participating in yoga activities
• Disclosing any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations to instructors
• Following instructors' guidance and modifications for safe practice
• Consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program if they have health concerns

Serenity Yoga Studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to disclose health conditions or follow instructor guidance.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments: All fees must be paid in advance of participation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-person payments.

Memberships: Monthly memberships are automatically renewed unless canceled with at least 7 days' notice before the renewal date.

Refunds: Class packages and memberships are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds at our discretion.

7. Code of Conduct

While at Reforma, all participants agree to:

• Respect instructors, staff, and other participants
• Arrive on time for classes
• Turn off or silence mobile devices during classes
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness
• Use studio props and equipment with care

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone who violates our code of conduct or behaves inappropriately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Serenity Yoga Studio or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without our explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Reforma, its owners, employees, and instructors are not liable for:

• Personal injuries or property damage resulting from participation in our classes or use of our facilities
• Any loss of personal belongings on our premises
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services

By participating in our classes, you assume all risks associated with physical activity.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reforma, its owners, employees, and instructors from any claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or use of our services.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
